- If you are assessing diet quality, you should mention studies that looked into this, and how diet is linked with the diseases
- If you’re assessing the association between WC (Waist Circumference) and BMI, you should describe this association and why it is linked
- If you’re assessing diet quality, briefly mention what is diet quality index
- Study rationale: Why are you doing this study? For what reason?
- Study aims and objectives should be clearly stated

- Study Design, Population, and Recruitment
- Inclusion criteria
- Sample size calculation
- Data Collection Instruments and Procedures (Questionnaire and the 24-hour dietary recall)
- Description of the dietary analysis software
