Each student will take on the role of an editor and write a brief Open-Ed assignment summary addressed to colleagues on a topic related to child or women’s health. The piece should be no more than three pages and must focus on a specific issue or concern frequently experienced by children or female patients, particularly those linked to Social Determinants of Health (SDoH). Examples include increased maternal mortality among Black women or higher childhood asthma rates in areas like the Bronx. To effectively address the chosen issue, students must review and incorporate evidence-based research, highlight contributing factors, and propose a practical change that could help improve the situation. For reference, students can view examples of Op-Ed pieces in the New York Times.
If you require a well-researched APA/MLA, original Op-Ed on child or women’s health with timely delivery and complete references, feel free to contact me.
